Welcome to the website of Stratnarra, a three-year research project funded by the European Commission under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship programme.
The Stratnarra project is collecting data on news consumption and the reception of conflicting narratives about the West and international politics among Ukrainian citizens. It aims to shed light on how governments manage (or fail) to exert influence via mass communication in contemporary international relations. Stratnarra runs from September 2015 until August 2018 and findings will appear on this site as the project progresses.
Stratnarra is based at the Department of Politics and International Relations,
Royal Holloway, University of London.
Project partners include the National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy and the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Stratnarra is funded by a grant from the European Commission under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship programme.
